In 1967, Valerie Solanas wrote Society for Cutting Up Men, a manifesto suggesting that in order for women to be truly liberated, they must overthrow the government and exterminate the male sex. Juxtaposed with the story of two women navigating the trendy world of modern feminism, SCUM takes a playful look at radicalism, feminists, and the wild life of the woman who shot pop-art legend Andy Warhol.
